Michael's commitment to advancing the industry does not stop at certification. Every year the Pool Pros staff attend dozens of continuing education programs and courses throughout the nation. Michael is also a member of the Pentair Pool Advisory Council and takes part in evaluating building practices, marketing trends & and product design. Michael is a member and also on the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA), formerly the  Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP), and serves as a judge for the committee of the APSP Midwest Chapter Awards of Excellence. Michael has also been featured numerous times by Aqua Magazine, an industry trade publication, and currently holds a seat on the Board of Directors of PHTA, Midwest Chapter.

Mike Bowers the owner of Pool Pros has been personally building pools since 1997 and he can't get enough of it. Combine that will the years of experience from the rest of the Pool Pros crew and you have 45-plus years of combined pool-building experience.
