When I started research on my inground pool project, I contacted Mike at Pool Pros to have him come out to do a site survey of my property. I wanted to do a complete make-over of my backyard including replacing my wooden deck with a brick & concrete deck, adding a concrete patio, and replacing all the grass with stone. This is to make my backyard virtually maintenance-free.

I then had him do a conceptional design of what my backyard would look like based upon what I told Mike I wanted. In about a week, his company had a conceptional design for me. I was completely blown away at how great the design look. Mike did an awesome job conveying to his design team what I was looking for.

I used that conceptional design to hire a building contractor to build the deck & patio and do the landscaping and I hired Mike to install my pool. Mike worked with my contractor to get the project done. No matter how great the planning is, for a project of this size, there is bound to be problems that will arise. What makes Mike a great pool contractor is his dedication and customer service. He did an exceptional job keeping me informed of what was going on every step of the way.

When there were delays due to the weather, Mike would work nights and weekends in order to keep the project on schedule. Once the project was completed, Mike took the time to show me how the equipment works. When I did have questions, Mike responded to them quickly with a phone call, text or email. And when I was having issues with my pool filtration system, Mike worked tirelessly to get the problem solved.
