LATHAM FIBERGLASS POOLS: HOW THEY ARE MADE

Being brutally honest here, I am not a fan of Latham Pools, however, I do have to give them credit with this video. It is very well done and provides potential fiberglass pool owners with a good amount of information about the Latham Fiberglass Pool Manufacturing Process and how it is different than that of other fiberglass pool manufacturers. This video is worth the 7 minutes to watch.

KEY POINTS:

Latham Fiberglass Pools are built to APSP and ICC Standards. Latham offers a "Lifetime Warranty" on the pool surface. Latham uses Vinyl Ester Resin in the production of its pools.

Latham uses a multi step "Crystite" Gelcoat System. Latham also incorporates a Ceramic Filler, Carbon Fiber, Kevlar and a white pigment in their resins during the production of their fiberglass pools.
