This can vary depending on setbacks or restrictive covenants that are set fourth by the developer of your subdivision and or your local municipality.
Typically in the Green Bay area, there is a 10' setback from property lines and 10' from your home. Although you may be able to apply for what is called a variance, these guidelines generally hold true.
The quickest way to find out what the setbacks are is to call your local building inspector. They can usually provide you with all the information you need in regards to determinign if you have space for a pool.
It is also a great idea to do this step before contacting a pool builder. It will save you both some time if you dont have the space available. We also recommend contacting Diggers Hotline to mark out any underground utilities in your yard prior to contacting potential pool builders. This may help you determine if a pool is feasible before contacting a builder.
