Can you add tile to your fiberglass pool down the road. The answer is yes, but! The but is that it will be more difficult to do and it may not look as nice as it would if installed with the initial pool installation.
The picture below shows a fiberglass pool with no decking in place. Installing the tile at this time makes the installation process much more efficient. Once completed the concrete forms are set tight to the top of the tile giving you a nice crisp finished look which may be difficult to replicate until after your deck is installed.
